Adoption Information
All dogs are up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and spayed/neutered before adoption. Guardianship Application, home visit and reference checks are required. Minimum adoption fee is $150.

Russell may be a big bully breed but he is really a big baby! He is a very even tempered, sweet sweet boy. Unfortunately dogs like him are euthanized in animal controls all the time due to both their color (black) and the fact that nice pit bulls are just so common. We have a soft spot for the big blackies so we just had to save Russell. He is good with other dogs and even seems good with small dogs. While in custody of the humane society he was rescued from, he "walked" in the town Christmas parade and did great with all the hubbub and commotion. He is a well mannered boy and would love to be a member of a loving family real soon. Please don't let him wait another day!
