All dogs are up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and spayed/neutered before adoption. Guardianship Application, home visit and reference checks are required. Minimum adoption fee is $150.

Mac's owners decided they no longer wanted him after SEVEN years; just dumped him at their local pound :(
He is a Lab/Pit mix and a true gentleman of a dog. Follows me from room to room, is very sweet and obedient. He is housebroken, crate trained, and non destructive. Is very friendly with other dogs, especially his buddy, Beauty, and would be best in a home with a female dog. He loves a good belly rub and is a great cuddler. He is one of the easiest fosters we've ever had but we are worried that his being a bit older might be working against him. Please overlook his age as he is healthy and we hope has many many good years left to be in a wonderful, permanent home where he won't have to feel confused by being dumped again.
