Please welcome our new colt.
This little boy was born either late on April 1st or in the wee hours of April 2nd.
We had taken his mom in back in September as part of a cruelty/neglect case. We had no idea she was pregnant.
Mom just looked as if she had put on some winter weight along with the other horses but nothing out of the ordinary....until this.
Imagine our surprise to be greeted by this!
We will have more news to come and pictures of Mom as well (she is a little camera shy).
