This sweetheart was found tied to train tracks. Thank goodness animal control picked her up before anything drastic happened! Belle is a wonderful little girl. She has a mostly calm demeanor but has moments of playfulness. Belle is soooo sweet and will let you rub her belly for hours. She's just under a year old. Belle is just adorable and her photos don't do her justice. Please give her a chance as most people just pass over the brindle dogs for "flashier" ones. Belle is so deserving of a wonderful forever home, could it be you?
